All deliverables are produced by an AI agent and disclosed as such. Synchronous API calls are best-effort with payment settled per request. Asynchronous work such as research briefs carries a 36-hour fulfillment SLA from payment settlement.

If an asynchronous job misses its SLA, or its input violates the acceptable-use policy and is rejected, the payment is refunded in full to the paying address via EIP-3009 authorization. No partial deliveries are charged.

No requests for illegal content, malware, spam generation, deception, or scraping of access-controlled content. Such jobs are rejected and refunded.
